What the building actually gets

Most property managers assume vending means a headache. Here is the whole arrangement, in plain terms.

A share of the takings

You receive an agreed percentage of gross sales, paid monthly with a statement showing exactly what sold.

Insurance in place first

Commercial general liability cover, with a certificate naming the property as additional insured before the machine arrives.

We do the work

Delivery, installation, restocking, cleaning and repairs. Nothing lands on your maintenance team.

A plug and a wall

Roughly 40 by 32 inches of floor space and a standard outlet. No plumbing and no electrical work.

Tap, card or cash

Contactless, chip, and cash. Residents are not hunting for coins at midnight.

Available when you are not

Most sales happen after hours, which is exactly when your front desk is closed.

Built for residential buildings first

Apartment towers and condos are where vending works best. People are home in the evening, the shops are shut, and nobody wants to get dressed and drive somewhere for a drink.

  • Apartment and condo lobbies
Ground floor near the mailboxes or elevators, where every resident passes daily.
  • Amenity and laundry rooms
People are already waiting there with nothing to do.
  • Office and industrial break rooms
Staff who cannot leave the site during a shift.
  • Gyms and recreation areas
Drinks and protein bars, which sell steadily.

From first call to first sale

Four steps, usually two to three weeks end to end.

01

You get in touch

Tell us the building type, roughly how many units or staff, and where you are thinking of putting it.

02

We visit and measure

We look at the spot, check the outlet and confirm it is worth doing. If footfall is too low we will tell you.

03

Agreement and insurance

A short placement agreement setting out the revenue share and the notice period, plus your insurance certificate.

04

Install and stock

We deliver, install, fill it and test it. From then on it is our job to keep it running.

Questions building managers ask

The things property managers actually ask before they say yes.

+What does it cost the building?

Nothing. We supply the machine, install it, stock it and service it at our expense. You provide the floor space and a standard power outlet.

+Who is liable if something goes wrong?

We carry commercial general liability insurance and can provide a certificate naming the property as additional insured before installation.

+How often do you restock?

Weekly as standard, and more often in busier buildings. Every machine reports its stock levels to us, so we know what is running low before residents do.

+What if the machine breaks or takes someone's money?

There is a service number on the front of every machine. Refunds are handled by us, not by your staff, and we attend faults within 24 hours.

+How much space and power does it need?

About 40 by 32 inches of floor space against a wall, and a standard 120V outlet. No plumbing, no special wiring.

+Can we choose what goes in it?

Yes. We agree the product mix with you, and we can run a healthier selection if that suits your residents better.

+What happens if it does not work out?

Thirty days notice either way and we remove the machine at our cost. No contract you cannot get out of.

Want a machine in your building?

Tell us the building type and roughly how many people pass through. We will tell you honestly whether it is a good fit, and if it is not we will say so.
